UNIBAIL RODAMCO - VARIOUS
Over a period of 10 years, I led the team that worked on many of the assets in the Unibail Rodamco portfolio. These included Mall of Scandinavia, Oberhausen in Germany, Les Quatre Temps in Paris, as well as many other asses in their European portfolio including Spain. I provided expert advice and strategic planning to help develop the existing foodservice and to create new high volume projects. In addition I personally delivered the foodservice training package for the specialists in the Unibail Rodamco business.

I completed the project when employed at ECE and now I am continuing to advise on it, on behalf of ECE Marketplaces.
C C MIRAMAR, MALAGA, SPAIN
Consultation on the potential food court extension, incorporating the space in MSU2 in C.C. Miramar, Malaga, of circa 2,400 sqm. The requirement was to provide more foodservice space for the guest, requiring a greater “leisure eating” element.
Working for Grupo Myramar as a consultant on the feasibility and plans.
EUROFUND GROUP - VARIOUS
I have been fortunate to work with the Eurofund team on and off for many years. This has been in Spain and Portugal on the development and improvement of their assets including Puerto Venecia in Zaragoza, Spain.
MEGA CENTRES RUSSIA, IKEA GROUP
Over an 8 year period I led the team that helped transform the foodservice offer in many of the MEGA projects in Russia. Starting with strategic direction, we worked with the architecture, construction and leasing teams to deliver the proposed solutions. I also conducted extensive training of their teams to help develop the understanding of foodservice and its development in commercial centres.
